1. The Subject Of This Order Are Successive Delivery Of Paper And Stationery For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The Medical University Of Warsaw Within 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract, On The Conditions Set Out In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, With A Detail As To The Type And Number Of The Range Of Paper And Paper Products, Was Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.3. Pursuant To The Provisions Of § 1 Para. 4 Of The Draft Contract, The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract While Maintaining Unit Prices Presented By The Contractor In The Assortment And Price Form (Annex 2 To Swz). The Number Of Assortments Of The Subject Of The Contract Under The Completed Deliveries Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Period Of The Contract, Subject To Paragraph 4.4. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Not Use The Subject Of The Contract In The Quantitative And Valuable Scope, However, Not Exceeding 30 % Of The Value Of The Remuneration Specified § 4 Para. 1 Point 3 Of The Draft Contract. 5. The Contractors Duties Will Include Successive (In Parties Depending On The Needs) Delivery Of Paper And Paper Products To The Ordering Facilities Located On The Banach Campus In Warsaw, In The Area Between Banach, Żwirki And Wigury, Prince Trojden And Pawiński, In Particular To The Magazine Sections In The Logistics Department Of The Medical University Of Warsaw, Ul. Pawińskiego 3, 02-106 Warsaw, 2-3 Times To The Rectors Building At Ul. Żwirki I Wigury 61, 02-109 Warsaw And Occasionally To The Address Specified In The Order. The Number Of Shipments Directed To A Different Address Than The Logistics Department Will Not Exceed 4% Of All Supplies. 6. Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Based On Written Orders, Prepared By The Ordering Party And Transferred By The Contractor Electronically Or Submitted Directly To The Contractors Electronic System.
