Tenders Are Invited For Performing The Function Of A Substitute Investor Acting For The Contracting Authority In The Implementation Of The Project: Construction Of The Municipal Rescue Center In Maszewo

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Performing The Function Of A Substitute Investor (Hereinafter The Investor) Consisting In Comprehensive Service Of The Project Entitled: Construction Of The Municipal Rescue Center In Maszewo. The Investor Will Perform His Activities On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Concluded Contract. The Investors Service Will Concern The Performance Of Activities In The Scope Including The Performance Of Construction Works And Warranty Liability, In Particular:  Checking The Completeness Of The Project Arch.-Bud. And Industry Projects And Their Opinion,  Providing An Opinion On The Material And Financial Schedule Of Works And Its Compliance With The Contract And Swz,  Preparation Of Construction Documents,  Management Of The Investment Process, And In Particular Organization, Supervision, Coordination And Completion Of The Entire Investment Process Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Which Are Charged To The Ordering Party Due To Contracts Concluded With All Participants Of The Investment Process, Related To The Management And Service Of Investments During Its Implementation Until The Completion And Receipt, And Its Settlement, In Particular Contracts With Contractors Of Construction Works, As Well As Obligations Arising From Administrative Law In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment, And In Particular The Construction Law,  Performing The Obligations Of Investor Supervision And Coordinating The Activities Investor Supervision Inspectors In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law,  After Completing And Receiving Construction Works - The Investor Will Organize And Control And Supervise The Performance And Course Of Warranty Inspections For The Works Performed. The Investor Will Perform His Obligations Based On The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party. The Detailed Scope Of The Investors Tasks And Obligations Was Presented In Annex 2 To Swz, Which Does Not Exclude The Performance Of Other Activities That Will Be Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Construction Work Contract And Securing The Interests Of The Contracting Authority.
