1. The Subject Of The Order Is Removing And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From The Pacanów Commune In 2025 2. The Service Consists In Completing The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Packaging, Transport And Utilization At The Landfill Of Hazardous Waste Asbestos-Cement Plates Deposited On The Property In The Pacanów Commune In An Estimated Amount Of 18 303 M2 Weighing About 274.545 Mg, Assuming That 1 M2 Of Roofing From Asbestos-Cement Plates Weighs About 15 Kg And At The Same Time The Limit Of Waste Collection From One Property In The Amount Of 500 M2.2) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Regarding The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products. 3. The Contractor Shall Deposit The Collected Waste On Hazardous Waste Landfills Or On Separate Parts Of Landfills Other Than Hazardous And Indifferent. 4. The Contractor Will Transport The Collected Waste Containing Asbestos To A Waste Landfill Adapted For This Purpose In Order To Neutralize In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions Of Safe Use And Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged At His Own Expense And By His Own Effort To Determine The Date Of Receipt Of Asbestos Containing Products With The Owner Of The Property At Whom The Work Is To Be Carried Out. The Agreed Date Of Collecting Asbestos -Containing Products Should Be Convenient For The Owner Of The Property, But No Longer Than The Deadline For The Completion Of Works. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In A Reliable, Safe Way For People And The Environment In A Way That Minimizes The Emission Of Asbestos Dust To The Environment - In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Law. 7. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Events And Accidents As Well As The Costs Of Possible Damage Caused To The Detriment Of The Ordering Party And Third Parties, Whom He Committed During The Service. 8. The Contractor Provides Facilities To Perform Work On Its Own, If Necessary And Organizes The Service While Maintaining All The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Ohs And The Rules Of Dealing With Asbestos -Containing Products. 9. The Contractor Becomes The Owner And Manufacturer Of Waste Containing Asbestos Generated As A Result Of Conducting Works Covered By This Order. 10. The Quantities Of Asbestos Containing Products Are Landmarks - The Contracting Authority Estimated Them On The Basis Of The Applications Submitted By Residents And Verification In The Field By Umig Pacanów Employees. 11. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Scope Of The Material Subject Of The Contract In Connection With The Planned Funding Of The Task By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection In Kielce. The Basis For The Actual Settlement Will Be Waste Collection Protocols Signed By The Contractor And The Owner Of
