1 In 2025, This Benefit Will Be Implemented In The Form Of A Day Stay At The Place Of Residence Of People With Disabilities. The Main Goal Of The Program Is To Support Family Members Or Guardians Who Provide Direct Care For: 1) Children From The Age Of 2 To The Age Of 16 With A Disability Certificate, 2) Disabled Persons With: A) A Decision On A Significant Degree Of Disability Albob) A Decision Treated Equally With A Significant Disability Certificate, In Accordance With Art. 5 And Art. 62 Of The Act Of 27 August 1997 On Vocational And Social Rehabilitation And Employment Of Disabled People (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 44, As Amended) By Enabling Ad Hoc, Temporary Assistance In The Form Of A Respite Care Service, I.E. Relieving From Everyday Duties Combining With The Care Of A Person With Disabilities By Providing Time In This Field. Treatment Care Cannot Be Provided With Other Forms Of Service Assistance, Including Care Services Or Specialized Care Services, Referred To In The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance, Other Services Financed From The Funds Of The Solidarity Fund Or Services Covering Similar Support For Services Financed From Public Funds. Services In The Form Of Daily Stay Can Be Provided At 6.00-22.00. The Maximum Length Of The Provision Of The Form Of Uninterrupted Daily Stay Is 12 Hours For One Disabled Person. According To The Program, The Maximum Hours Limit Within One Place Is No More Than 240 Hours Per Annum, The Number Of Hours Granted Is Determined By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Orzesz (The Limit May Be Reduced Depending On The Number Of Applications). Koszty Related Directly To The Implementation Of Respite Care Services Financed From The Program As Part Of The Daily Stay Cannot Exceed Pln 50. Gross Per Hour Of Restoring Services. The Gross Amount Is Understood As The Amount Of Remuneration Along With The Costs Of Work. The Science Number Of Hours Of Services Rendered During The Period Of The Contract 4800. Serving Services Under The Terrifum Care Program For Local Government Units - Edition 2025 Will Take Place On The Basis Of An Order Issued By The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Number Of Hours Granted On The Basis Of The Application Card. Subcontractors: A). The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform Personal Parts Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person). The Contracting Authority Demands That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted With Subcontractors. 3. Requirements Of Art. 100 Of The Act: Requirements For Availability For Disabled People Or Design For All Users (Article 100 (1) Of The Public Procurement Law) 4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Contractor To Conduct A Local Vision Or Checking The Documents Necessary To Perform The Contract Referred To In Art. 131 Para. 2 Of The Act.
