1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Executive Documentation), Which Includes In Particular: 1) Executive Design, 2) Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) The Pretty Quarrels, 4) Investor Cost Estimate, 5) Additional Projects And Other Technical Studies Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting An Attachment 1 To The Specification Of Contract Terms. 2. Executive Documentation Should Be A Supplement And Detail Of The Project And Construction Design, Which Is An Architectural And Construction Project, Land Development And Project-Designed Project, Constituting Annex 1 To Opz.3. Executive Documentation, Including Its Individual Parts, Will Serve The Following Purposes: A) The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works, Which Will Be Based On The Pzp Act And Determining The Value Of The Contract For The Construction Works Of The Building In Accordance With The Abovementioned Act, B) Implementation Of Construction Works. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz.
