The Intended Effective Date Is 1 August 2025. This Service Wants To Use The Municipality To Do Entrepreneurs With Debts That Turn To The Municipality, And Thus Implement The Municipal Debt Assistance Act. During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Municipality Decreases Debt Counseling, With A Maximum Total Value Of € 1,665,000. As Soon As The Maximum Amount Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Ends Automatically.
