The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of An Integrated Information System For Recording-Inspection And Maintenance Of The Countrys Existing Bridges. This Information System Should Have A Database Of Bridges Nationwide (National Bridge Registry) And Support All Actions Related To The Inspection, Evaluation And Maintenance Of All Bridges In The Country (Road, Rail And Footwear). In Addition, Its Utility Ensures The Processes And Control Of Compliance With The National Institutional Framework. This System May Utilize The Existing Infrastructure Creation Of A Digital Bridge Registry Database Created By The Ministry Of Infrastructure And Transport And Operates By 2020. The System Is Described In Detail In Annex I Of The Declaration. If The Candidate Considers That He Cannot Exploit This Infrastructure, He Should Consider A Way Of Utilizing Existing Data (Transition Process) And Will Propose Respective G-Cloud Infrastructure Software For Unlimited Users.
