The School Author Being The Subject Of This Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And All The Conditions Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws From 2024 Item 3. Delivery Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Contract Containing The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex 3 To Swz And Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz. 4. In Situations Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates The Manufacturers Names, Own Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Such An Indication Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words.
