These Interventions Will Consist Of: - Increasing The Degree Of Thermal Protection Of The Outer Walls Above The Minimum Value, Of 1.8 M2k/W, Provided By Norms, By Arranging A Stiff Mineral Wool Insulation In The Opaque Area Of The Walls, In Thickness Of 15 Cm; - Increasing The Degree Of Thermal Protection Of The Upper Floor Above The Minimum Value Of 5 M2k/W, By Arranging A Stiff Mineral Wool Insulation Layer, In A Thickness Of 30 Cm Protected With A Weak Army Of 3-5 Cm Thick; - The Arrangement Of An Extruded Polystyrene Layer 3 Cm Thick On The Contour Of The Carpentry Holes; - Replacing The Existing Carpentry With Pvc Carpentry With Tripan Glass And Flaps For Water Discharge Control; - Disassemble The Parapets Of Balconies / Loggias And Restore With Steel Structure (Rhs 80X80x5 Profiles And Rhs 80X40x5) Plated With Light Cement Plates In Thickness Of 12.5 Mm (Placocem Type) And Filling Made Of Mineral Wool In Thickness Of 8 Cm. Pvc Windows With Tripan Glass Are Arranged At The Level Of Loggia/Balconies; - Repairing The Degradation That Appeared In The Facade Elements, At The Balconies And Or Loggias; - Repair Of Antiseismic Joints; - Local Interventions At The Level Of The Facade Elements; - Restoration Of The Frame Elements, The Coverings And The Systems For Directing The Rainwater; - Modernization Of The Lighting Installation On The Staircase House By Replacing The Lighting Circuits And The Existing Luminaires With Some Energy Efficiency And With A Long Service Life. The Luminaires Will Have Led Technology (30W On The Luminaire) And Will Be Equipped With Motion/Presence Sensors For Energy Economy; - At The Level Of Each Staircase, A Kit Of Photovoltaic Panels Consisting Of Two Photovoltaic Panels That Produce 800W (2X400w) Energy Will Be Mounted. The Inverter And Batteries Will Be Mounted In A Metal Box Arranged Inside The Staircase, Preferably In The Area Of The General Electric Panel Of The Staircase; - It Will Intervene At The Level Of The Base By Arranging A Layer Of Flame Retarded Polystyrene At Least Xps300, In A Thickness Of 8 Cm, On A Depth Of 60 Cm Below The Area Of The Landscaped Land And The Perimeter Sidewalks Will Be Restored.
