Which Results In The Competence Necessary To Perform The Rti 3 Service At This Type Of Wagons. Within This Type Of Repair, The Works Must Ensure From A Qualitative Point Of View, Until The Next Planned Repair, The Functioning And Normal Exploitation Of The Laboratory Wagons, In Full Traffic Conditions. After Making The Rti 3 These Wagons Will Be Capable Of Circulation And Will Be Able To Be Attached In The Composition Of The Passenger Trains For Making Measurements In Dynamic Regime Of The Geometric Parameters Of The Running Road.
