Delivery, Assembly And Furnishings Of 5 Sbd Full Machines (Purchase), Including 1St Level Support (Helpdesk) And 3Rd Level Support (Site Administration). 2Nd Level Support (Field Service) Is Provided By The Fsg. A 2-Stop Process Will Be Used, Based On A Provided Application For All Users (Cuws) In Accordance With Iata Rp 1741. The Contract Term For Terminal 1 Is 5 Years, Plus An Optional 2X 6 Months. Any Coordination With The Users (Airlines) Takes Place In Coordination With The Fsg.
