The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service In The Field Of Supervision Over Design, Management And Control As Well As Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Public Procurement Procedure, The Subject Of Which Is: Design And Construction Of The Second Roadway Of The Wyrzysk Beltway Along The S10 Expressway Along With The Strengthening Of The Road To Kr6, On The Conditions Specified In The Contract With The Consultant And In Accordance With The Contract Terms For The Investment Task. The Service Includes The Consultants Performance Of Obligations In Accordance With The Contract, Based On The Owk And Swk, In Particular: - Supervision Over The Design, Verification Of The Project Documentation, Its Completeness, Mutual Compliance, Verification Of The Results Of The Check -Up In Order To Find Possible Errors, - Management, Managing, Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Works Up To The Date Of Issuing The Final Payment Certificate, Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Area With The Employer, Including With The Department Director, Project Manager And Communication Position At The Gddkia Branch, - Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Arising From Eu Procedures And Cooperation In This Area With Gddkia Services, Resulting From The Procedures Contained In Current Requirements/Guidelines For Investments Co -Financed From Eu Funds And Current Procedures Of The Beneficiary Of The Feniks 2021-2027 Project Projects For Gddkia. - Providing The Investors Supervision Service Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participation In Warranty Reviews And Supervising The Removal Of Any Defects/Defects Found In Warranty Inspections, As Part Of The Contract, - Supporting The Contracting Authority As A Loyal And Conscientious Adviser In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, - Supervising Design Work And Robots In The Field Of Additional Tasks, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project - Granted Pursuant To The Public Procurement Law, - Constant Monitoring, Conducting And Resolving Matters Related To Proper Execution By Individual Contractors, Contractor Documents And Construction Works At The Interface Of Neighboring Contracts, And Close Cooperation With The Consultant Teams Supervising Neighboring Investments - As A Result Of Which The Consultant Will Be Required To Work Out The Rules And The Manner Of Proper Performance Of The Contractor And Works. If Necessary, The Leading Consultant Conducting The Coordination Of The Project Will Be Appointed By The Employer.
