The Scope Of The Contract Is The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Comprehensive Investor Supervision For The Task Entitled Safe Transport In The Opole Agglomeration (Stage 4) In The Range: 1) Construction Of A Section Of Pedestrian And Bicycles Along Częstochowska Street 2) Expansion Of Teligi Ul. In The Field Of Building A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, Lighting And Dehydration 3) Construction Of A Section Of Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along With The Reconstruction Of The Bus Stop At Ozimska Street Contract Engineer (Investor Supervision), I.E. 1.1. Performing Investor Supervision Over The Works Of All Occurring Industries (Including Road, Electricity, Sanitary, Gas, Teletechnical, And Greenery Works); 1.2. Making Material And Financial Settlements Of The Task-The Contract Engineer Is Liable For The Correct Settlement Of The Works Performed On The Task; 1.3. Reporting Related To The Implementation Of The Project By Preparing Reports (Monthly, Final - Regarding Material And Financial Scope); The Employer May Annul The Contract Award Procedure In Accordance With Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Public Funds That The Ordering Was Ordered To Be Allocated To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Was Not Granted To Him.
