Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services- Insight House, New Building, Building Consulting, Control And Expert Services. Vtk Kiinteistöt Oy (Hereinafter Referred To As Vtk Or The Contracting Entity) Is Competing For The Construction Consulting, Supervision And Expert Services Of The New Building Chips Of The Realization Of Insights For The Implementation And Warranty Period Of The Project. The Insight House Is The First Phase Of The Vantaa City Strategy 2022-2025 Urban Culture House Project, Which Is Responsible For The Need For Culture And Leisure Services In Vantaa And Renews Myyrmäki Center. The Insight House Offers Permanent Facilities For Seven Cultural And Leisure Services, As Well As Evacuation Facilities And Parking Solution For The Latter Phase Of The Flagship Project (Renewal Of Myyrmäki House As An Experience House). By Concentrating Services Under One Roof, Synergies Resulting From The Shared Use Of The Premises. The Visitor Estimate For An Insight House Is Approximately 340,000 People A Year. The Insight House Is Located On The Site Of The Old Demolished Health Center (So -Called Monttu). It Produces Permanent Facilities For Adult College, Youth Services, Residents, Fine Arts School, Music College, Vantaa Info, Childrens Culture Center Tothem And Kino Theater For Kino Theater. The Project Will Be Located In The Heart Of Myyrmäki, The Railway Station And The Six Public Transport Trunk Line. The Plot Has A Valid Town Plan And Will Be Applied For A Minor Extent. The Aim Is To Have A High Quality Combination Of Its Architecture And Cityscape, Taking Into Account Sustainability And Carbon Neutrality. The Shared Use Of The Premises Between The Operators Of The Building Also Sets Requirements For The Use And Conversion Of The Premises. The Cost Forecast For The Project In The Needs Assessment Of The Insight House For The Project Is Eur 46.6 Million. Eur (Vat 0 %, Kl 102.2). The Cost Forecast For The Underground Parking Facility Is Eur 10.3 Million. Eur (Vat 0 %, Kl 102.2). The Preliminary Schedule Of The Project Is As Follows: - Project Planning Phase 05/2025-11/2025 - Proposal, General And Permit Phase 12/2025-12/2026 - Implementation Planning 12/2026-05/2027 - Contractor Tendering And Selection 02/2027-05/2027 - 2027-12/2028 - Until 12/2030, The Acquisition Is The Rt 10-11284 Task List Hjr18 Section B -K Building Consultant, Supervision And Experts And Named Persons For Each Of The Next Expert Duties: - Building Consultant / Project Manager - Project Engineer - Civil Engineer Rau -Supervisor / Expert - Security Coordinator - Humidity Management Coordinator - Cleaning Management Coordinator - Information Model Coordinator The Anticipated Value Of The Services Subject To Procurement Is Eur 1,500.000.00 (Vat 0 %).
