For The Implementation Of The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Materials And Construction Products Provided For In The Prepared Technical Investment Projects, In Compliance With The Technological Requirements Envisaged By Their Manufacturer For Working With Them And The Standards Specified In The Projects. For The Materials And Construction Products Delivered To The Site, Control Is Carried Out Within The Range, Determined By The Regulatory Framework And The Technical Projects Prepared. With Each Delivery Of Materials And Before Their Application, The Contractor Shall Submit The Applicable Documents: Declarations Of Compliance Of The Performance Of The Materials Of The Materials, Declarations Of Characteristics Of Construction Products, Instructions Of The Manufacturer For Use Of Materials, Information Sheets For Safety, Test Results, Etc.
