Detailing Of Services1- Provision Of Digital Management Services Through The Centralized Digitization Of All Documentation, With Treatment, Storage, Indexing And Classification Of Digitized Images.1.1. Digitization In Black And White Colorful Media A4/Office Of The Acts Of This Organ.1.2. Scanning Will Be In The “Cover To Cover” Form (Without “Procedural Parts”) Strictly Observing The Phases Below: A) Document Digitization, Which Consists Of Configuring The Scan Process (Definition Of Bital Or Gray Or Color Scale, As Originals), Contrast, Resolution, Suppression Of Funds (Using Appropriate Software, Which Enables The Monitoring Of Free Digitizations) And Insertion Of Document Lots For Reading By Scanner, Generating Image Files On The Computer.B) Correction Image Treatment (Vertical Adjustment, Dirt Elimination) And Filter Application (Contrast And Whitening) To Keep In The Digitized Image Loyalty With The Original2- Implementation And Parameterization Of The Software For The Electronic Document Management System.2.1. With Capture Of Documents That Enables The Handling, Control And Manage The Documents As Soon As They Are Converted Into Images Through Scanning.3- Training, Monitoring And Support To Automated Processes.4- Technical Support Service, Maintenance, And Update On Monthly Licenses.5- Access And Query: A) Mobile Application Available With Android And Ios Platforms, Allowing The Consultation Of Digitized Documents In A Digitized Way And Intuitive From Smartphones And Tablets.
