Technical Testing, Analysis And Consultancy Services - Contract On Wastewater Monitoring. In October 2024, The Government Presented Youth Without Opioids. The Proposal Aims To Focus On Children And Young Peoples Abuse Of Opioids Through A Series Of Initiatives That Are Expected To Be Implemented In The Coming Years. The Play Shows In Initiative 23 Monitoring Of Opioids In Wastewater That The National Board Of Health Must Initiate A Wastewater Surveillance Of The Most Common Abuse Substances In Wastewater From The Six Cities Of Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg, Esbjerg And Næstved. The Cities Are Also Part Of The Project Drug On Street Level. Wastewater Monitoring Must Be Included In The National Board Of Healths Ongoing Monitoring Of The Drug Situation In Denmark. Wastewater Monitoring Must Help To Map The Occurrence Of Common Abuse Substances In The Wastewater Through Semi -Annual Measurements, Including The Level Of Opioids. The Collection Must Be Done In The Period 2024-2028. Over Time, Wastewater Monitoring Must Be Used To Identify Temporal And Geographical Changes In The Occurrence Of The Abuse Of Abuse. The National Board Of Health Has Entered Into A Contract With The Department Of Forensic Chemistry At The Department Of Forensic Medicine At Aarhus University In Order To Start And Carry Out Wastewater Surveillance For The 4Th Quarter Of 2024 And The Period January-June 2025, While This Tender Is Ongoing. With This Tender, A Supplier Must Be Found To Carry Out Wastewater Monitoring For The Period July 2025 To The End Of 2028. The Supplier Must Collect Wastewater Samples During The Period And Conduct Wastewater Analyzes; Including Establishing Cooperation Agreements With The Wastewater Treatment Plants And Providing Transport And Storage Of The Samples. In Each City, The Supplier Must Collect The Wastewater Samples Over A 24-Hour Period For Seven Consecutive Days, Twice A Year (Spring And Autumn Respectively). This Allows For A Total Of 84 Samples From The Six Cities Each Year. In Addition, The Supplier Must Analyze A Single Monthly Measurement (12 Samples Annually) From The State Serum Institutes Wastewater Surveillance From Their Ongoing Monitoring Of Infectious Diseases. The Supplier Must Inform The National Board Of Health About The Test Results Through Semi -Annual Data Reports And Annual Annual Reports. To This End, The Supplier Must Provide Data Annually To The European Wastewater Monitoring Project Under The Auspices Of The European Union Drugs Agency (Euda). Furthermore, The Supplier Must Be Able To Offer The National Board Of Health Knowledge And Counseling. Descriptions Of Analysis Methods And Interpretation Of Analysis Results As Well As Holding Webinars On Method, Analysis And Results From Wastewater Monitoring. With The Initiative, The National Board Of Health Expects To Get Information About The Semi -Annual Variation In The Substance Levels In Wastewater From The Six Cities, Which Will Contribute To Both The Danish And European Drug Monitoring. A Total Of Dkk 2.45 Million Has Been Allocated To The Initiative. Dkk 0.35 Million Distributed. Dkk 2025 And Dkk 0.70 Million Dkk 2026-2028 Annually.
