Based On The Contract, The Documentation Of The Study Study (S.F.), Opinions According To 196/24.03.2025 Issued By The Giroc City Hall Will Be Carried Out In Order To Achieve This Investment Objective. As It Is Intended To Obtain The Financing From European Funds, It Is Requested To Make The Design On Distinct Financial And Functional Objects As Follows: - Unitary Concept Throughout The Site; - Distinct Documentation On Each Object Proposed Separately (It Will Facilitate The Subsequent Obtaining Of The Individual Construction Authorization, On One Or More Distinct Objects); - Documentation D.T.A.D. For The Demolition/Relocation Of The Existing Buildings; - Documentation D.T.A.C., D.T.O.E., Technical Project P.Th., Execution Details D.D.E., Economic Documentation, Witness Quotation, To Ensure Utilities For All Objects In The Feasibility Study. The Activities Related To The Present Documentation Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications, The Technical Documentation Posted In Seap, According To The Legal Provisions Listed In Point 2.4 Of The Specifications And The Legislation In Force. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Present Procedure Will Be Provided For A 210 -Day Period, According To The Provisions Of The Award Documentation. The Estimated Value Of 1,547.088.00 Lei Excluding Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Be Clearly And Completely Respond To All The Additional Clarification /Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For Submitting Tenders, Provided That The Requests Will Be Addressed At Least 22 Days Before The Deadline Set For Submission Of Tenders. The Clarifications Submitted After This Term Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account.
