The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Consulting Services Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act - Exercise Construction Supervision And Preparation Of A Report On Conformity Assessment For Object: Selection Of A Contractor For Performing Engineering (Design, Copyright Supervision And Construction Works) For The Site: Major Repairs Of The Square In The Village Of Varbovo Pennies) Bgn Without Vat Included. The Maximum Values Of The Individual Activities Concluded Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are As Follows: - The Execution Of Construction Supervision, Including The Final Report And Technical Passport - Bgn 1 666,67 Excluding Vat; -Consignment Of The Conformity Assessment Of An Investment Project And A Complex Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project -1 666,67 Bgn Without Vat; Source Of Funding Important !!! At The Time Of Initiation Of The Procedure, No Financing Of The Activities Subject To The Contract Was Provided. In This Regard And In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Implementation Of The Present Public Procurement Will Be Deemed To Be Awarded Under The Deferral Condition For Providing Targeted Financing. In The Event That No Such Funding Is Provided, The Contract Concluded Between The Contracting Authority And The Contractor May Not Be Fulfilled. In This Case, Any Parties May Terminate The Contract Unilaterally Without Notice After The Expiration Of Three Months Of Its Conclusion, With The Parties Not Owing Compensation For Damages Or Missed Benefits To Each Other. Objective Reasons, The Contracting Authority May Request The Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After The Expiration Of The Conclusion Of Its Conclusion.
