Prior Information Notice For Restaurant And Food-Service Services-Vítkovice Arena-Provision Of Gastronomic Services. The Concession Is The Operation/Provision Of Gastronomic Services Consisting In The Operation Of Restaurants, Buffets And Provision Of Catering Services In Defined Premises On The Client On The Street Russian In Ostrava (Hereinafter Referred To As The Area) In The Premises: A) Ostravar Arena (Ie Large Multifunctional Arena), B) Multifunctional Hall (Tj. Sports And For Any Further Use), C) Athletic Hall, And Further Outside The Area In The Premises: D) Střelnice On Plzeňská Street. (Furthermore As Premises) The Selected Supplier Will Operate/Provide Restaurant And Catering Activities In The Defined Premises Under The Conditions Set Out In The Concession Contract. Restaurant And Catering Activities Will Be Provided Primarily In Connection With The Events (Events) Held In The Area And On Plzeňská Street. In This Context, The Events Are Mainly Sports Matches, Public Performances, Conferences, Concerts And Other Similar Events Organized On The Premises. The Restaurant And Catering Activities Will Also Include Gastro Services For Vip Spaces And Skyboxes. The Contracting Authority Assumes Certain Restrictions On The Offered Assortment, Especially Beer, Non -Alcoholic Beverages, Ice Creams And Possibly Sausages (With Regard To Marketing Activities Of The Contracting Authority - Eg Guaranteed Exclusivity For Certain Brands). The Contracting Authority In Annex 6 Of The Documentation Of The Concession Proceedings Provides The Basic Points Of The Concession Contract That Will Be Subject To The Participants Within The Reference Phase. With Regard To The Subject Of The Concession, The Contracting Authority Is Commissioned In The Concession Proceedings In The Simplified Regime And With The Participants, All Aspects Concerning The Subject Of The Concession As Well As Other Conditions Of Performance Of The Performance May Be Discussed Within The Negotiating Phase. However, The Final Tender Conditions Must Continue To Meet The Conditions For Simplified Regime (Ie The Subject Of The Concession Must Still Correspond To The Operation Of Restaurants And Food Administration).
