Tenders are invited for Renovation of 2 Cells Culvert Drainages and Stone Pitching at Malikanchi, Janpalan Ward, Ikara LGA COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Company shall collect tender form/document from the procurement office in Ikara Local Government Council Secretariat, upon payment of nonrefundable tender fee. as indicated per Procurement from Friday 9th May, 2025 Thursday 15th May, 2025 from the hours of 10.00 am to 3:00 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays. SUBMISSION OF TENDER Completed technical and/or financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Description of the project,(procurement) and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to The Chairman Ikara Local Government Council and any bid Submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned. CLOSING DATE Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12:00 noon on Thursday 15th May, 2025. OPENING OF BID AND VENUE Completed bid documents Submitted by the Companies will be publicly opened by 11:00 am on Friday 16th May, 2025 at Ikara Local Government Council Chamber. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.
