Request For Proposal (Rfp) To Result In Regional And/Or National Contract Solutions Under The Rules And Regulations Of The New West Partnership Trade Agreement (Ceta) For This Procurement, Canoe/Sourcewell Is Requesting Proposals For Mobile And Self‐Propelled Power Storage Equipment With Related Attachmentsto Result In A National Contracting Solution For Use By Its Members.Members Include Thousands Of Governmental, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Not-For-Profit, Tribal Government, And Other Public Agencies Located In Canada. Only Proposals Submitted Through The Sourcewell Procurement Portal Will Be Considered. Proposals Are Due No Later Than June 26, 2025, At 4:30 P.M. Central Time, And Late Proposals Will Not Be Considered.Sourcewell And Canoe Are Seeking Proposals For Behind The Meter (Btm) Mobile And Self-Propelled Power Storage Equipment With Related Attachments, Such As:Self-Propelled Mobile Power Units (Mpus) With Attachments, Hydraulics, And/Or Tools.Mobile Power Units (Mpus), Energy Storage Units (Esus), And/Or Battery Energy Storage Systems (Bess) With Attachments That Are Mobile Such As:Skid Mounted And/Or Containerized; And,Wheeled Or Trailer Mounted; And,Accessories Related To Solutions Described In Subsections 1 A. And B. I-Ii. Above.The Term Of Any Resulting Contract(S) Awarded By Sourcewell Under This Solicitation Will Be Four Years. Sourcewell And Supplier May Agree To Up To Three Additional One-Year Extensions Based On The Best Interests Of Sourcewell And Its Participating Entities. Sourcewell Retains The Right To Consider Additional Extensions Beyond Seven Years As Required Under Exceptional Circumstances.
