The Strathcona Regional District (The “Srd”) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Mobile Wireless And Data Providers For The Provision Of Cellular Voice/Data Services. The Srd Is Looking To Establish A Co-Terminus Agreement For A Term Of Twenty-Four (24) Months And Reserves The Right To Modify Or Negotiate The Final Terms Of The Contract.The Services Required Under This Request For Proposals (Rfp) Are For The Provision And Activation Of Devices Using Cellular Voice And Data Services. It May Include Continuation Or Replacement Of Existing Cellular Devices With Our Current Service Provider.The Srd Requires A Single Point Of Contact For The Management Of The Mobility Account And Access To A Local Dealer For Hardware Fulfillment And The Primary Resource For Procuring, Servicing And Training For Hardware Such As Smartphones, Cell Phones And Accessories.Any Deviation From The Requirements Set Out In This Document Must Be Fully Disclosed In The Proposal.
