Description And Subject Of The Qualification System The Board Of Directors Of Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead, As A Sector Contracting Authority Within The Meaning Of Art. 5, Para. 4, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), Carrying Out A Sector Activity Under Art. 123, Item 2 In Connection With Art. 125, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act And § 2, Item 60 Of The Additional Provisions (Dr) Of The Public Procurement Act On The Basis Of Special Or Exclusive Rights Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 47 Of The Public Procurement Act, Decides To Create A Qualification System (Ks) With The Subject: Delivery Of Steel Sections, Ref. No. Cs 25-068. The Contracting Authority Creates The Qualification System On The Grounds Of Art. 141, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, With The Object Delivery Of Goods By Purchase Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Qualification System Is Subject To The Inclusion Of Interested Parties For The Purpose Of Awarding Public Procurement For Delivery And Purchase Of Steel Sections, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Qualification System Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Lots: Lot # 1: Delivery Of Steel -Coil Pillars For A 20 Kv Vl For One Triple And Two Threesful Wires; Lot # 2: Delivery Of Steel -Coil Pillars For A 20 Kv Prefabricated Bolted Compounds, Hot Galvanized.
