No. Cs 25-068. The Contracting Authority Creates The Qualification System On The Grounds Of Art. 141, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, With The Object Delivery Of Goods By Purchase Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Qualification System Is Subject To The Inclusion Of Interested Parties For The Purpose Of Awarding Public Procurement For Delivery And Purchase Of Steel Sections, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
