During Delivery, The Continuity Of Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electricity Of Quality And In Order Should Be Supplied, In Accordance With The Energy Relations Related To The Supply Of Electricity (Including The Energy Act), The Energy Energy Act), The Rules Of Electricity Provided For In The Energy Act (Eea) And Other Normative Act (Pickee). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Net Active Electricity Supplier At The Level Of Low Voltage Level By A Balancing Group Coordinator, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso Ead And The Expenditure Of The Costs For The Needs Of The Orsp- Blagoevgrad And Dsps On The Territory Of The Region Of Blagoevgrad The Month From The Date Of Registration Of The First Delivery, In Accordance With The Energy Act (Ea), Rules For Trade In Electricity (Pee), Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pike) And The Public Procurement Act (Ppa).
