The Contractor Should Provide Food Vouchers Under Art. 209A Of The Cita In Electronic Medium, As An Electronic Medium Can Be A Physical Electronic Medium Or Virtual Electronic Medium And Is Only Charged With Food Vouchers By An Operator. Food Vouchers Are Provided For The Employees Of Pomorie Municipality, The Municipal Enterprise Landscaping, Forestry And Agriculture, The Municipal Enterprise Management And Management Of Municipal Properties And The Municipal Enterprise Public Works, Communal And Construction And Repair Activities. The Contracting Authority States To The Contractor The Required Number Of Physical Electronic Media And/Or Virtual Electronic Media, Which Should Be Delivered To Him, According To The Current Number Of Employees To Use Them. The Contracting Authority Determines When Submitting The First Request For Each Particular Employee Who Will Receive Food Vouchers Type The Type Of Electronic Medium. Estimated Number Of Employees To Whom Food Vouchers Will Be Provided At The Date Of Announcement Of The Order - 380 Pcs. The Number Of Employees May Be Amended Or Supplemented During The Performance Of The Contract. The Issuance, Provision, Charging And Administration Of Electronic Food Vouchers Shall Be Carried Out After Specific Written Requests From The Contracting Authority Or A Separate Municipal Enterprise To The Contractor, Which Indicates The Number And Nominal Value Of The Requested Vouchers. The Operator Should Provide An Opportunity To Check The Current Available Balance Of Vouchers For Electronically Food, According To Its Technical Capabilities. The Operator Should Allow Users Of Electronic Food Vouchers To: 1. Check The Validity Of The Electronic Medium And The Validity Of The Vouchers Charged Therein For Electronic Food; 2. Block The Electronic Media In A Manner And Manner Determined By The Operator; 3. Complaints To The Operator Of Unlawful Transactions, Carried Out With Electronic -Medium -Bearing Food Vouchers, Electronically. The Contracting Authority, As An Employer, Should Be Able To Block A Particular Employee Upon Termination Of His / Her Employment Relationship In Order To Prevent The Unprofitable Charge Of Vouchers For The Next Period.
