The Subject Of This Contract Is The Delivery Of Heat To Sites On The Territory Of Sofia, Provided To The State Agency For Technical Operations (Dato). The Deadline For Deliveries Is 5 (Five) Years From 30.06.2025. The Price Of Heat With A Heat Carrier Hot Water For Domestic And Economic Consumers Is Determined By A Decision Of The Energy And Water Regulation Commission (Ewrc). The Contracting Authority Pays The Reported Thermal Energy To The Sites Included In The Scope Of The Contract, Monthly, According To The Energy Regulator, The Limit Price Of Thermal Energy For Toplofikatsiya Sofia Ead, With Taxes, Fees And Others (If Due) In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Framework. Within The Period Of Performance Of The Contract, It Reserves The Right To Require The Inclusion Of New Sites And/Or Exclusion Of Existing Sites For The Supply Of Heat, In Case Of Changes In The Management Of A Property Located In The Territory Of Sofia, By Concluding Additional Agreements.
