To Provide The Contracting Authority With 400 Pcs. (The Number Is Forecast) Subscription Sim Cards, For Inclusion To Its Mobile Cell Network, According To The Gsm/Umts Standard, After Request, For 3 Tariff Plans Set By The Contracting Authority, According To The Needs And Needs Of The Various Subscribers In The Corporate Group, For The Term Of The Contract; 2. To Provide Digital Mobile Telephone Connection By Standard Gsm/Umts Together With A Specific Package Of Additional Voice And Other Services Allowing The Implementation Of Mobile Communications In The Operators Network, As Well As Links To Other Mobile And Fixed Networks On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Under Certain Conditions; 3. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes All The Telecommunication Services Provided For In The Gsm/Umts Standard; A Detailed Description Of All Activities Provided Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation.
