Contracting Of The Technical Assistance Service Drafting Of The Executive Project, Optional Directorate, Direction Of Material Execution And Quality Control, Health And Safety Coordinator, And Legalization Of The Facilities, Of The Technical Project Works Of Reformation And Extension Of The Cinema-Auditorium Of The Perelló.This Contract Aims To Hire The Writing Services Of The Executive Project Of The Works `` Adaptation And Remodeling Cinema Municipal Auditorium Of The Perelló , According To The Draft Drafted By The Architect Oscar Benet Ramos, The Direction Of Work, The Direction Of Material Execution And Coordination Of Health And Safety, Necessary To Carry Out The Execution Of The Works Included In The Project. Its Execution The Construction Management, The Material Execution Management Of The Works And The Health And Safety Coordination Tasks In The Work Phase, Which Are Related And Will Be Subject To The Conditions, Specifications And Determinations Established In The Technical Specifications. The Area On Which It Is Intended To Act Is A Total Of 623.69 M², Divided Into 447.48 M² Of Reform And 176.21 M² Of Extension.
