Tenders are invited for Provision of Third Party Witness Services for Custody Transfer Flow Meters calibration for Production and GPP Facilities The contractor will appoint a qualified inspector to carry out inspection and witness services. They will review documents and certificates, prepare procedures and methodology for testing and calibration, and ensure compliance with regulations of PCH, Iraqi government and international standards. Equipment and tools will be checked and verified, with advice given on any necessary repairs. The inspector will witness and support on verification, calibration and validation of the existing oil and gas metering systems consisting of Pressure, Flow and Temperature Transmitters, Flow Computers, Moisture Analyzer and Gas Chromatography as well as flow computer setup, flow calculations, MF, and K-factor according to API standards. They will also support and advise on skid metering issues and provide recommendations. Final calibration reports signed by relevant representatives, along with stamped certificates will be issued.
