Tenders are invited for Replacement of Generator Rotor at Kpong Generating Station Project Closing Date: 03rd July, 2025 Price of Tender Document: $100.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: 1. The VRA now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the disassembly and removal of an existing rotor, and the design, supply, assembly, installation and commissioning of a new rotor spider with new laminated rim, including removable segmented brake ring complete with all tools and devices. 2. The detailed scope of works to be awarded is provided in the Tender Document. Additional Information: 1. The project is expected to be completed within Twenty-Four (24) Calendar Months. 2. Tendering will be conducted through the EIB procurement procedures and is open to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the EIBs Guide to Procurement. 3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of USD 100 to the bank account provided below.
