Requirement For The Supplier; The Supplier Undertakes On Its Own And At His Own Expense To Supply The Goods, Unload And Delivery Through A Separate Entrance Allocated By The Customer Specifically For The Indicated Purposes. To Guarantee The Quality And Reliability Of Supplied Goods, And In The Case Of The Supply Of Low -Quality Goods, Or With An Expired Shelf Life, The Supplier Must Replace Them During The Working Day. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Documents (Certificates) Confirming The Compliance Of The Supplied Goods With The Requirements Established By Technical Regulations, Standards Of Standards Or Other Documents In Accordance With The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. All Goods Supplied By The Supplier Must Have Certificates Of Conformity, Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusions And Other Documents Stipulated By The Norms And Rules That Certify Their Origin, Quality And Expiration Dates. Delivery And Transportation Conditions: The Supplier Must Transport Goods On Vehicles With A Sanitary And Epidemiological Conclusion In Compliance With The Requirements For Storage Conditions. The Forwarder Must Have Special Clothes And A Personal Medical Book With A Tolerance To Work.
