The Contracting Authority Shall Be Entitled To Up To The Upper Limit Of The Following Numbers During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement (Direct Order In Accordance With Article 105 (1) (A) Of Kbt. In This Framework Agreement, No More Than 869 New New, Two -Axis, Low Entry, Intercity, Solo (M3/Ii Vehicle Class), And - Up To 87 New Diagnostic Devices (Frame) Are Purchased (Frame). The Successful Tenderer Is Responsible For The Diagnostic Device To Ensure Related Software Tracking And Helpdesk. The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Draw 269 Buses For 269 Buses Under The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded. The Expected Magnitude Of The Services To Be Provided At The Same Time Is The Quantitative Data Given Above. Following The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Intends To Meet Its Purchase Requests For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement By Direct Order. The Contracting Authority Shall Not Commit To Ordering The Tasks Contained In The Technical Description Or Exhausting The Specified Amount Of The Framework, And The Obligation To Order/Draw Only By The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement, Only The Direct Orders Placed As A Result Of The Second Part Of The Procedure. In The Second Phase Of The Procedure For Concluding The Framework Agreement, Ie In The Direct Order, The Quantity Of The Contracting Authority To Obtain The Goods From The Technical Description In The Framework Of The Direct Orders. The Buses Must Be Handed Over In Operation, With A Valid Technical Examination In Hungary And A License Plate. The Official Records Section Of The Traffic License Must Include The Entry Road -Saved Ax, Scheduled Passenger Transport And Public Passenger Transport Entry. All Structural Elements Set Out In The Relevant Requirements Shall Have A E/E Approval Character [Köhém Decree 5/1990 (Iv.12) On The Technical Examination Of Road Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As Köhém Decree 5/1990 (Iv.12)). The Buses Offered By The Tenderer In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Specified In The Technical Description Shall Meet The General And Special Requirements Of Scheduled Public Transport And The General And Special Legislation Of The Activity. The Successful Tenderer Undertakes To Ensure The Detailed Education Subject Matter For The Contracting Car Drivers And Maintenance Experts For The Bus Type Of The Procedure And The Contracting Authority And To Maintain Theoretical And Practical Training In The Number Of Hours. The Full Cost Of Training Education Is Included In The Offer Price. The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Buses Is Included In The Technical Description And Annexes Issued As Part Of Public Procurement Documents And The Technical Conformity Table.
