The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Delivery Of 4 (Four) Pieces Of Extinguishing Fires In Inaccessible Areas Necessary For Timely And Rapid Response When Performing Fire Extinguishing And Rescue Actions. Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement: The Contract Shall Enter Into Force From The Date Of Its Business Removal To The Contracting Authority. The Term Of The Contract Expires After The Expiry Of The Warranty Period Of The High Pressure Mobile Systems For Extinguishing With Water And The Satisfaction Of All Claims Of The Contracting Authority Related To The Warranty Liability Of The Contractor. The Deadline For Execution Of The Delivery Is Up To 4 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, But Not Later Than 01.10.2025. The Contract May Be Amended In Respect Of The Term/Вете For The Implementation Of The Contract Activities, Pursuant To Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, By Mutual Consent Of The Parties, Expressed In Writing, In The Event That An Additional Agreement Amended The Deadline For Implementation Of The Activity/Project Agreed By A Contract For Granting A Grant Under Project 101138128-Ecra-2023-Gffv-Bg Increasing Capacity Capacity Of Capacity In Direct Grant, European Civil Protection Pool Upgrade Or Repair Of Response Capacities (Ucpm-2023-Cppp-Eurc). The Deadline For Implementation Of The Respective Activity Shall Be Extended By The Period Corresponding To The Period With Which The Period Of Activity/Project Is Extended, But Not More Than The Period Between The Date Of Expiry Of The Deadline For Implementation Of The Respective Activity And The Final Date Of The Extended Activity/Project. The Scope And Nature Of The Possible Change, As Well As The Conditions Under Which It Can Be Used, Should Not Lead To A Change In The Subject Of The Contract. The Amendment Should Correspond To The Amendments To The Rules And Instructions Of The Financing Authority And/Or In The Contract For The Provision Of Bfp, Which Can Only Be A Factual Basis For The Amendment Of The Contract In The Hypothesis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act.
