Quotation are invited for Provision of Graphic Recording Services during Compass Global Meeting. The selected graphic recorder will: Attend and visually document the sessions of the COMPASS Global Meeting over 2.5 days, based on the final agenda provided in advance. Produce real-time visual summaries during sessions, which can be displayed at the venue if feasible, and presented by the graphic recorder during the daily recap or breaks. Provide digital, high-resolution copies of all illustrations following the event. Coordinate with the IOM Communications team on visual style, branding, and key themes prior to the event.
