The Contractor Submits The Application For The Area -Oriented Environmental Permit And Relieves The Municipality In This. The Smp Is An Area -Covering Ecological Investigation And Strategy In The Context Of The Duty Of Care Under The Environment Act. The Aim Is To Guarantee Biodiversity And In Particular Protected Species Within Municipal Boundaries, And Where Possible To Strengthen It, Through Well -Being Protective, Mitigating And Stimulating Measures.
