Financial Leasing Services - Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing Of One Factory New Bus Year Of Production 2025 Low -Floor Midi Class With A Maximum Length Of Up To 10.5 Meters. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of Operational Lease Of One (1) Piece Of Factory New Bus (Year Of Production 2025) Of A Low -Floor Midi Class With A Maximum Length Of Up To 10.5 Meters. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party At Ul. Szymon 17A In Zakopane (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) At Their Own Expense On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Established By The Parties. General Requirements For The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Bus Is To Be Factory New (According To The Definition Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1990, As Amended) And Have A Current Vehicle -Type Approval Certificate In The Ministery Car And Trailers And Their Items Of Equipment Or Parts (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1475). The Bus Offered By The Contractor Cannot Be A Prototype Bus. The Bus Must Be Produced As Standard, I.E. To Be In The Current Offer Of The Contractor. 3) The Construction Of The Bus (Including The Quality And Selection Of The Materials Used) Should Be Made In Accordance With The Standards And Regulations In Force In This Respect. 4) The Bus Is To Correspond To The Technical And Exploitation Parameters Specified In The Applicable Provisions Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022, As Amended). 5) The Bus Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) The Bus Is To Be Made Of Parts, Teams And Materials Available On The European Union Market And The Contractor Available On The Service Network. B) The Load -Bearing Structure Of The Bus Is To Be Made Of Non -Rusty Or Difficult Materials. In The Case Of The Use Of Difficult To Use Materials, The Bus Must Have Anti -Corrosion Protection In The Form Of A Full, Vehicle Immersion Cataphoresis Made In A Closed Technological Cycle. C) The Bus Is To Be Constructed In Such A Way That Its Trouble -Free Long -Term Operation At The Temperatures Of The Surrounding Air At Shaded Places From -25ºc To +40ºc Is Possible. D) If The Legal Provisions Introducing New Technical Requirements And Mandatory Standards Are Announced During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Introduce Them In Vehicles Before Transferring The Bus To The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration. E) The Bus Must Have The Necessary Documents Authorizing Its Registration And Operation In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Binding Method Of Financing The Operational Leasing Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 15 February 1992 On Corporate Income Tax (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2805, As Amended). Leasing Period 48 Months, During Which The Ordering Party
