A Competition In Which The Prize Is To Invite Selected Authors Of The Competition Entries To Negotiate In A Free -Hand Order, In Order To Perform The Service Based On The Selected Competition Work. The Competition Is A One -Stage, Limited Competition, In Which All Interested Parties May Submit Applications To Participate In The Competition. The Competition Requires One Competition Work. The Aim Of The Competition Is To Obtain The Best Architectural/Architectural-Urban Solution For The Employers Undertaking, On Outstanding Spatial, Architectural And Functional-Utility Values, With Optimal Economic Indicators And Attractive Program Assumptions Of The New Headquarters Of The State Archives In Łódź On Plot No. 375, At Ul. General Henryk Dąbrowski Square In Łódź Together With Land Development. The Concept Must Take Into Account Both The Nature Of The Undertaking And The Economic Conditions Determined By The Contracting Authority, And Fit In Terms Of Architectural And Urban Terms Into The Neighboring Buildings As Well As The Surroundings And Landscape And Be Innovative. The Competition Is Implemented In Order To Select A Contractor With Whom The Organizer Will Start Negotiable In A Free -Source Order In Order To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract For The Performance Of The Project Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Service. As Part Of The Competition, 3 Best Competition Entries Will Be Selected By The Competition Court, Whose Authors Will Be Awarded Prizes. The Prize In The Competition Is A Cash Prize And Invitation Of The Author Or Authors Of The Awarded Competition Entries For Negotiations In A Free -Source Order In Order To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract On The Basis Of A Selected Competition Work. 3 Cash Prizes And Two Awards May Be Awarded In The Competition - In Accordance With Chapter 11 Of The Regulations. The Organizer Provides Prizes In The Following Amounts A) And A Prize Of Pln 100,000 B) Ii Prize Of Pln 50,000 C) 3Rd Prize Of Pln 30,000 In Addition To Cash Prizes Indicated In Para. 2, Two Awards In The Amount Of Pln 10,000 Each Can Be Awarded In The Competition. The Schedule Of The Competition Was Specified In Chapter 3 Of The Regulations. The Contracting Authority May Annul The Competition If: A) Only One Competition Job Has Been Submitted, Or Only One Application For Admission To The Competition; B) Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance The Contract Awarded In A Free -Hand Order Was Not Granted To Him.
