The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Net Electricity From A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, For Low Voltage With The Cost Of Unbalanced Costs For Objects Of Tundzha Municipality. The Public Procurement Is Intended To Be Selected A Supplier Of Electricity And The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Article 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Pee For A Period Of 12 Months. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption, Which Will Be Delivered For The Term Of The Contract Is 3224.30 Mwh. If Necessary, Within The Time Limit Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Include New Sites For Which He Will Pay The Delivery Under The Price Agreed With The Contractor Under The Terms Of The Concluded Contract. When Executing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged: - To Comply With The Provisions Laid Down In The Energy Act (Ea) And The Regulations Thereto, As Well As All Normative Requirements Laid Down In The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Pee) And Other Relevant Regulatory Documents; - To Include The Objects Of The Contracting Authority In A Standard Balancing Group Without Paying A Fee For Participation; - To Perform All The Necessary Actions So As To Ensure The Implementation Of This Contract And Not Be Removed From The Balancing Energy Market; - To Deliver Electricity With The Required Quality By Selling The Agreed Amount Of Net Electricity At The Place Of Delivery; - To Notify The Contracting Authority Immediately In Case Of Impossibility Or Delay Of Performance Of His Obligations Under The Concluded Contract. As A Balancing Group Coordinator, To Ensure The Consumption Of The Consumption Of The Contracting Authority And To Plan And Negotiate Specific Quantities Of Net Electricity According To Ptee. The Contractor Should Fulfill Qualitatively And On Time The Activities Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Full Compliance With The Requirements Laid Down In The Energy Act (Energy), The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Ptee), The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Piee), As Well As Other Relevant Regulations.
