The Subject Of The Contract Is The Services Of Group Life Insurance For Employees Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology And Participated Persons (Members Of The Insured Family). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Annex 4 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 Swz. 5.
