The Authorization For The Use Of All Its Possible Modifications, Correction Patches, Etc., Carried Out Or Obtained For The Duration Of The Contract, Ie It Provides It With Another Subsequent License, To The Extent Set Out In Article Ii. (1 Of The Contract. The Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Shall Be Given In Annex 1 Of The Main Document Of The Tender Documentation - “Terms And Conditions” (Above And Then “Terms And Conditions” Or “Agreement”).
