Request for Quotation for Hta Website Support Services The Hawai‘I Tourism Authority, An Agency Of The State Of Hawai‘I, Hereinafter Referred To As The "Authority" Or “Hta,” Is Issuing This Request For Quotations (Rfq) To Seek A Contractor To Ensure The Reliable, Secure, And Enhanced Operation Of Its Online Presence, Including The Website And Related Applications, Through Expert Technical Support, Infrastructure Management, And Proactive Problem-Solving. This Includes Continuous Monitoring, Disaster Recovery, And The Management Of Microsite Holomua.Hawaiitourismauyhority.Org, All While Maintaining Financial Accountability And Adhering To Contractual Obligations. The Contractor Must Demonstrate Proficiency In The Umbraco Content Management System, Hosting, And Security, Alongside Strong Communication And Project Management Skills To Foster A Seamless And Effective Partnership.
