The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Construction Of Municipal Buildings At Ul. Targowa In Rawicz Together With Equipment, Land Development And Accompanying Infrastructure Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Construction Of Municipal Buildings At Targowa Street In Rawicz. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Execution Of Construction Works Including: A) Construction Of Four Multi -Family Residential Buildings, Including Primarily: Earthworks, Construction Works, Installation Works, Assembly Works B) Land Development With Installations And Networks, Harvests And Green Areas, As Well As The Entire Accompanying Infrastructure, C) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Facility Equipment, D) Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Scope Of Work On The Implementation Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities Together With Zero Cost Estimates And Applicable Regulations, In Particular: A) In The Field Of Construction Works: B) In The Scope Of Electrical Industry Works: C) In The Scope Of Sanitary Industry Works: D) In The Scope Of Works Of The Water Supply Industry: E) In The Field Of Works Of The Ventilation Industry: F) In The Field Of Land Development: H) Other Works Accompanying The Correct Execution Of Works, Including The Removal And Disposal Of Debris And Cleaning Works. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contract, Which Is A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Has Been Determined By: 1) Project Documentation With Attachments, Including A Technical Design, Which Specifies The Required Scope Of Works And Standards Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 2) Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) The Allocations Of Works Together With The Richer Cost Estimates (Note: Flat Settlement. With Zero Cost Estimates. Constituting An Integral Part Of This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. These Documents Are Posted On The Website Of The Proceedings. 5. It Is Recommended That The Contractor To Make A Local Vision Before Preparing The Offer To Read The Area Covered By The Order, And Also Obtain At His Own Responsibility And Risk, All Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer As Well As Signing The Contract And The Performance Of The Contract.
