The Order Is Carried Out With Funding From The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development As Part Of The Sub-Measure Supporting Investments Related To The Creation, Improvement Or Expansion Of All Types Of Small Infrastructure, Including Investments In Renewable Energy And Energy Saving, For Water And Sewage Management, Covered By The Program Of Rural Development. 2014-2020 As Part Of The Operation Improving Water And Sewage Management In The Niedrzwica Duża Commune. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Supply Of Carrier Power Generator, Performing All Tests, Tests And Measurements, And Conducting Training In Aggregate Service For Persons Appointed By The Contracting Authority. 4. The Contractor Will Select The Appropriate Device Meeting The Parameters Specified In The Technical Project Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Delivery Of The Device To The Address Indicated By The Employer. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With Full Technical Documentation Of The Device Together With Its Instructions For Use And Maintenance. 7. The Contractor Will Train An Employee Appointed By The Contracting Authority To Service The Aggregate. 8. The Length Of The Cables Required In The Technical Documentation Is 10 M. 9. The Contractor Will Perform The Order Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Swz, Annex 1 To Swz And The Contract Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.10. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Provided Subject Of The Contract Be Brand New, Unused, Had The Required Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To Swz, To Be In An Undamaged, Technically Efficient, Complete And Ready -To -Use State And Met The Norm Required By Polish Law And Was Free From Legal Defects. The Contracting Authority Excludes The Delivery Of An Amusement Device. The Device Must Have A Ce Declaration - Conformité Européenne Or Equivalent, Have The Necessary Instructions And Materials On Use. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Full -Fledged And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Standards. 11. The Contractor, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Delivery, Will Inform The Ordering Party About It By Indicating The Date And The Expected Delivery Time Of The Subject Of The Contract. 12. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. Monday - Friday, At The Hours Agreed With The Contracting Representative. 13.
