The Subtitle Services Include Original Subtitles And Translation Texts. The Law On The Provision Of Digital Services, Ie The Digital Services Act (306/2019), Requires That Videos And Podcasts Must Be Subtitled In Accordance With The Accessibility Requirements Of The Law And Must Comply With International Wcag Guidelines A And Aa Criteria. The Purpose Of The Law Is To Promote The Availability, Quality, Information Security And Accessibility Of Digital Services, And Thus Improve Everyones Ability To Use Digital Services On An Equal Basis. Other Subscribers Involved Will Subscribe To The Subtitination Services They Need From The Contract Resulting From This Tendering Agreement.
