Quotation are invited for Ambulatory Reimbursement Reform - Phase 3 Introduction: The Department of Health (DOH), Government of Abu Dhabi, intends to seek consultancy services for the implementation of the Outpatient and Emergency Care Reimbursement Reform (OECRR) program. Following an initial study undertaken on the future design of reimbursement in these areas, we have recently undertaken market consultation, co-design of the target classification systems, localization and implementation planning.
