Entity Background About Transparency International - Lebanon (TI-LB): Transparency International Lebanon (TI-LB) is Lebanons leading advocate for transparency, accountability, and good governance. Since 1999, TI-LB has been on the front lines of the fight against corruption, working to strengthen institutional integrity across Lebanons public and private sectors. As the national chapter of Transparency International, we believe in more than just envisioning a corruption-free societywe are actively making it happen by driving change, empowering citizens, and holding institutions accountable. With a people-centered approach, TI-LB tackles corruption from multiple angles, guided by a robust Impact Matrix that emphasizes three core areas: Policy & Institutional Change, Behavior Change, and Awareness & Outreach. Scope of Work Role and responsibilities of the Graphic Designer: Design and develop a wide range of visual materials including social media posts, artworks, covers, brochures, logos, infographics, signage, stickers, web pages, annual reports and full scale branding and communication materials and projects, while ensuring adherence to TI-LB and the projects visual identity and brand guidelines Review final layouts, providing strategic design recommendations for enhancement when necessary. Coordinate closely with the Communications and Media Unit and TI-LB Executive Team to assess design needs and align outputs with organizational objectives. Develop initial concepts and creative drafts based on an approved briefs. Manage the end-to-end design process, from concept to production. Maintain brand consistency across all materials, reinforcing TI-LBs core message and values in a recognizable and compelling manner. Ensure design outputs are integrated with broader communication strategies and channels for maximum impact. 3. Required Skills: Proven experience in graphic design, including project identity creation, layout design and visual storytelling. Proficiency in design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to details and the ability to produce high-quality visuals for both digital and print formats. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Solid understanding of web design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with web developers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams and receive feedback constructively.
