Tenders Are Invited For Vote Or To Be Elected As Civil Society Representatives In The Country Coordinating Mechanism Sri Lanka (Ccmsl) Of The Global Fund (Gf) To Fight Aids, Tuberculosis And Malaria. Countries Seeking Gf Support Are Expected To Include Representatives From Government, Academia, Civil Society And Multilateral/Bilateral Development Partners In The Country As Ccm Members. Ccm Members Serve In A Voluntary And Honorary Capacity And Their Active Participation Is Essential For The Success Of The Programmes. The Civil Society Representatives On The Ccmsl Will Be Elected By Their Constituency. The Ccmsl Secretariat Invites Interested Organizations From The Following Constituencies Which Have Been Officially Registered And Wish To Participate In The Election Of The Ccm Civil Society Representatives To Submit Their Expression Of Interest For This Purpose. Organizations Who Are Currently Principal Recipients (Pr), Sub-Recipients (Sr), Or Sub-Sub- Recipients (Ssr) Of Gf Grants Or Are Planning To Be Pr, Sr Or Ssr In Future Grants Are Also Eligible To Be Elected As Ccmsl Members. Contestants/ Voters Should Not Have Any Other Obvious Conflict Between The Organizations Interests And Ccms Interests. The Contestants For Ccmsl Membership Are Also Be Eligible To Vote In The Respective Constituency. The Breakdown Of The Constituencies Of The Civil Society Membership Is As Follows: 1. Ngosand Cbos 5 Representatives 2. Key Populations (Kp) 2 Representatives 3. Private Sector 1 Representative 4. Faith Based Organizations 1 Representative 5. Academia 1 Representative 6.
