Tenders Are Invited For Supply, Distribution, Installation And Servicing Of Medical Gas And Liquefied Medical Gas

Tenders are invited for Supply, Distribution, Installation and Servicing of Medical Gas and Liquefied Medical Gas under Funds of Sri Lanka Government to Provincial Hospitals under Purview of the Office of Regional Director of Health Services of Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa for the Year 2025/2026. Value of Bid Security (Rs.) 250,000.00 Bid Document Fee (Rs.) 4,000.00 Interested bidders having valid certificate of Business Names Registration, registration with National Medicines Regulatory Authority ( NMRA ) and with at least two years of sendee experience ( 02 years ) may obtain further information from Chief Accountant, Provincial Department of Health Services, Bandaranaike Mawatha, Anuradhapura ( 025-2050718 ) and bid documents can be inspected free of charge visiting the Accounts Section of North Central Provincial Department of Health Services. Selected bidder should supply Medical Gas and liquefied Medical Gas as per placing orders to them from 15.05.2025 to 14.06.2025. Bidders meeting the above mentioned qualifications may obtain bid documents from 09.05.2025 to 28.05.2025 during working days of the week from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m upon payment of non refundable bid document fee as mentioned in the above table and submission of a written application to Provincial Director of Health Services, Provincial Department of Health Services, Bandaranaike Mawatha, xAnuradhapura. Bids should accompany a bid security to the value as mentioned in aforesaid table obtained from a commercial bank approved by Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid up to 28.09.2025 ( 119 days ) and issued in favour of Provincial Director of Health Services, North Central Province or the receipt for payment in cash to the Provincial Director of Health Services. Pre-bid meeting for the above purchases will be held at 11.00 a.m on 19.05.2025 at the office of Provincial Department of Health Sendees situated at the address of Provincial Department of Health Sendees, North Central Province, Bandaranayaka Mawatha, Anuradhapura and bidders may also participate in this meeting via Zoom Platform. All Bidders or their authorized representatives may participate in this meeting. Bids will be opened at 11.00 a.m on 29.05.2025 at the Accounts Section of Provincial Department of Health Services, North Central Province, Bandaranayaka Mawatha, Anuradhapura.
