Tenders are invited for Reinforced Concrete Works Objectives: The tender invites applications for the execution of reinforced concrete works for the EU co-funded EU Convergence Center for Engineering and Applied Science. The project aims to construct a structural complex at Halabyan 16/2, Yerevan, Armenia, featuring a robust framework of cast-in-place concrete. This includes raft foundations, basement and main structural reinforced concrete, and comprehensive roofing. The objective is to ensure high-quality construction meeting EU standards, fostering educational infrastructure development in Armenia. Eligibility criteria: Eligible candidates must be legally established entities within a Member State of the European Union or an eligible country as per the regulatory framework. Candidates can participate individually or as part of a consortium limited to two members. The consortiums lead must demonstrate their capacity through a joint venture agreement with clearly defined roles. Economic requirements include an average annual turnover of at least 2,500,000 EUR over the past three years and financial stability under specified ratios of current and equity assets. Professionally, each member must possess statutory licenses relevant to the project, proving adequacy in manpower and managerial expertise. Technical capability is determined by past project experience in similar works, with at least one project valued at 2,000,000 EUR. The tender restricts subcontracting above 30% of the contracts total value, with all subcontractors subject to eligibility and exclusion criteria standards.
